Our story
A small farm, grown up
ADK Hemp Co. is a family-owned and operated cannabis microbusiness in Saratoga, New York. We started in 2019 as a hemp farm — that's the "Hemp Co." in the name, and we've kept it as a reminder of where we came from. Today we grow adult-use cannabis, and only cannabis: small batches of craft flower raised in climate-controlled, mixed-light grow rooms.
Mixed-light growing gives us the best of both worlds — real sun in the canopy, with the temperature, humidity, and airflow of an indoor room. Every batch is hand-tended by a small team that genuinely cares about the plant in front of them, hang-dried, slow-cured, and lab-tested before it goes anywhere near a shelf.
In 2025 we also started producing our own solventless concentrates — ice-water bubble hash and rosin, washed and pressed in-house from flower we grew ourselves. No solvents, no shortcuts; just water, ice, heat, and pressure.

What we believe
Small batches beat big numbers. We'd rather take a keeper like Hive #11 and grow it right than chase volume. Every strain page on this site links its Certificate of Analysis, because if we're proud of the flower, we should be proud of the lab report too.
